These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the hotjili platform. By registering an account or accessing any hotjili service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

Each individual may hold only one hotjili account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or not — are subject to suspension. Bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be forfeited, and any withdrawals from such accounts may be declined pending investigation.

All Bonus Funds, winnings, and pending withdrawals associated with duplicate Accounts may be forfeited.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during Account registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Any material inaccuracy in registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension pending verification, forfeiture of bonuses, or permanent Account closure.
hotjili will request KYC documentation prior to processing any withdrawal request and may request documentation at any time to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations or for internal compliance review. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. hotjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure. You must notify hotjili's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
Account sharing — allowing any third party to access, use, or place bets through your Account — is prohibited. All activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity. hotjili may suspend or close Accounts where sharing is detected.
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is considered dormant. hotjili reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant Accounts after the applicable notice period. Any remaining balance in a dormant Account after the applicable notice period may be subject to forfeiture in accordance with applicable law and hotjili's internal dormancy policy, which will be communicated to you via your registered contact details.
hotjili accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BDO Online, BPI Online, Metrobank Online Banking, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT via the TRC20 blockchain network. Payment methods available to you may vary based on your location, account verification status, and applicable limits. hotjili reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per calendar day. You confirm that all funds deposited into your hotjili Account are entirely your own property and are not the proceeds of criminal activity. You must not deposit funds on behalf of another person. Depositing funds that are subject to a legal dispute or that originated from fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity is prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
The hotjili Platform operates primarily in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in a different currency will be converted at the exchange rate applied by your payment provider at the time of transaction. hotjili is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals may only be processed from fully KYC-verified Accounts. You may only withdraw to a payment method that you own and that has been verified as belonging to you. Withdrawals to third-party accounts — including accounts held by family members or associates — are not permitted.
You are required to withdraw funds to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, up to the amount of that deposit. This restriction exists to prevent money laundering and is applied consistently across all hotjili Accounts. Once the deposited amount has been returned to the original method, any remaining net winnings may be withdrawn via any of your verified payment methods.

All bonuses and promotions offered by hotjili are subject to these General Bonus Terms and any additional specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these General Bonus Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to your hotjili Account are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before they become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires a total of ₱10,000 in qualifying bets before any portion of that bonus balance can be withdrawn. A bet placed and confirmed on the hotjili Platform is final and cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation, except where the Platform has experienced a verifiable technical error that affected the outcome of the bet. hotjili's decision on the validity of any bet is final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.
In the event of a technical error, system failure, or communications disruption that affects the fairness or integrity of a game round, hotjili reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. hotjili accepts no liability for any losses or interruptions caused by technical failures beyond its reasonable control. In the event of Account closure by hotjili for a verified breach of these Terms, hotjili reserves the right to withhold some or all Account balances pending investigation and to apply any losses or damages suffered by hotjili as a result of your breach against your Account balance.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting hotjili's support team. Before closure, all pending wager settlements will be processed, and any remaining verified Player Funds (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Disputes relating to the outcome of a specific bet or game round must be submitted to hotjili within seven (7) calendar days of the disputed event. hotjili's review of bet disputes will rely on its transaction logs and game server records, which shall be considered the authoritative record of all game activity. hotjili's decision on bet disputes is final.
